You are honored like a god here (in SAP HANA section) - so i would call it "supernatural" instead of "lucky"

Ah ok i get it now. It is pretty interesting that it seems like the compound column is stored physically and not "created on-the-fly" like a virtual column in the RDBMS that i am aware of.

Hi,

 

After system restart the Table entry is missing in System Repository.

 

Try to Create the Table again,it will resolve your issue.

Hi,

 

It seems that previously the cube is placed in BIA.

First deleted the BIA Index and Cube Primary Index.

after that create the Primary Index Again which will resolve your problem.

Sorry what do you mean by "Table entry is missing in System Repository"???

 

The table "INACTIVE_OBJECTCROSSREF" is available in the _SYS_REPO Schema. And when am trying to see the data preview on this table am getting the same error as attached in the previous message.

 

Where should i create the table??? what is the table structure to be followed???Please suggest how to proceed further.

LT replication problem on Non-unicode system

Hi All ,

 

I am getting an error when replicating non-unicode system. The error says Incremental upgrade and Unicode conversion.

Dear Frzz,

 

When am trying to create the Attribute View/Analytical View / Calculation View am getting an error "The CreateTableEntry is missing for _SYS_REPO:INACTIVE_OBJECTCROSSREF "

 

Initially i have created the views, but after the HANA system restart am facing this issue.

 

Can some one please help to resolve this issue.

 

I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

ST22 does not show any errors .. Here is the SM21 log.

 

I am using DMIS_2011.

Hi Shaik,

I think we'll need some more info on your setup. First of all did you start sum.sh or did you create catalina.properties? Also when following note 1793303 did you use fqdn?

 

A few things to try, restart the hostagent, do a r-click refresh in the LCM screen after the connection error (assuming the LCM perspective does not automatically close)

Problems Downloading HANA through the SAP Download Manager

Hey guys,

 

just wondering, has anyone else had problems downloading the HANA SP6 (rev60) update file thru SAP Download Manager?

It's the big 3GB file for the SP upgrade (IMDB_SERVER100_60-10009569.SAR, downloaded from the 'Support Packages and Patches" part), not the full installation (which is 7 files of ~950MB).

 

Apparently, the SAP Download Manager gets lost with such a huge file (maybe that's why SAP breaks the other downloads in packages of <1GB files).

I'm just not sure whether this is something local on my machine, so I was wondering if someone else could comment whether they were successful in downloading this.

How can you resolve it, I hit the same issue:

 

Could not execute 'SELECT "OriginalLanguageRef" FROM "SYSTEM"."ErrorReproduce_3" where TO_CLOB('k') = TO_CLOB('k')' in 5 ms 745 µs .

SAP DBTech JDBC: [266] (at 70): inconsistent datatype: lob type comparison: line 3 col 8 (at pos 70)
