No reason for feeling attacked here.
The RoE don't have conditions on the motive of member actions but only on the actual outcome.
So why you cross posted the question doesn't change if it violates the RoE.
And that's the part I commented on.
Of course i see the point and luckily this bit (finding the 'right' space) shouldn't be a problem anymore, once we get the new Q&A platform with 1DX, because there won't be spaces anymore but content will be connected via tags.
Concerning the ask for keeping the community clean, I think we will have to disagree here.
The main responsibility has to lay with the users of the community. All moderators do the duty on a voluntary basis and handling the actual moderation requests typically takes up most of this time.
