As you have practical knowledge of BI also so it will be easy for you learn HANA and you can also easily understand BW on HANA concept
Currently SAP HANA is In Memory database i.e. all the data is stored in RAM only and it can also be used for reporting
Now HANA also has an XS Application Server installed on it so that we can use JAVScript, OData and SAPUI5 to create reports
SAP is offering 6 weeks free HANA training which has started on 27th May 2013. You will find all videos tutorials on opensap.com. Before starting with actual HANA course (Introduction to Software Development on SAP HANA) it’s good to first go through Warm-Up (Warm-Up: In-Memory Data Management) sessions.
