Not sure if you checked it, but the official documentation explains what you need to do.
You won't get the tables unless you're system sits on top of HANA or you replicate them through SLT. So get the tables first and them import your tgz. You cna always re-activate models later on if you decide to have other HANA live scenarios. Here are a couple of links/notes that will help:
