We need to first start with In-memory database concepts.

SAP is offering 6 weeks free HANA training which is started on 27^th May 2013. You will find all videos tutorials on opensap.com. Before starting with actual HANA course (Introduction to Software Development on SAP HANA) it’s good to first go through Warm-Up (Warm-Up: In-Memory Data Management) sessions.
