Looks like you did not backup/restore the system configuration after the scriptserver had been activated.
The scriptserver helps with procedure execution in order to keep the core database process as stable as possible (see SAP NOTE 1650957 for details)
To sucessfully finish the recovery, you may try to remove the scriptserver again and add it back to the configuration after the recovery.
