Follow the following steps to resolve the issue:
Right Click on the project > Team > Resolve with > There will be 2 options : Remote version or Local Version, choose the most appropriate one.
Just In case you are not sure which one to choose then : Right Click on the project > Team > Show in Synchronization view.
