In SAP HANA Developer Guide (SPS07, Doc Version 1.0 - 27-11-2013), there's a section "10.2.4.9  Fuzzy Search on DATE Columns" (page 618) which I tried to reproduce. As I couldn't find anything on creating the corresponding index, I tried on my own with the result as described.
