I am currently working in Hexaware Technologies , Chennai , India.

Having 3 Years of experience in PeopleSoft HRMS- Technical.(ERP)

My qualification is MCA

As PeopleSoft is merged with Oracle so i want to change my career to another ERP ( SAP -HANA)

Inorder to learn SAP-HANA

1) What are Pre-Requsites?

2)What is basic knowledge i need have ?

3)As i am techical guy can i move to functional side.

4) What is demand for HANA in the market right now?

5) Based of previous IT background can i get chance of getting job in HANA ?
